We welcome inquiries from dry van, flatbed, reefer, hotshot, and box truck operators. We’ll discuss whether your equipment, authority, and preferred lanes are a fit before starting service.
Do I need my own operating authority?
This application is for independent carriers seeking dispatch support under their own applicable authority. It is not an application to lease onto CoreLink’s authority. Tell us your status so we can review it with you.
Can I apply with new authority?
Yes, you can submit an inquiry. Acceptance depends on review, your equipment and lanes, and applicable broker requirements. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or load availability.
What documents will I need?
During onboarding, we’ll request a signed dispatch agreement, current insurance certificate, W-9, carrier identification details, and factoring information if applicable. You do not need to upload these on the initial application.
Do you guarantee loads or weekly revenue?
No. Rates, availability, and revenue depend on market conditions, equipment, location, and other factors. We discuss options with you, and you decide which loads to accept.
Does applying sign me up for a contract?
No. The application starts a conversation. There is no application payment, and service begins only after review and a separate signed dispatch agreement.
